Youth Leader Vow to reduce Teenage Pregnancies. Producing menstrual Pad The CEO of Youth Assembly for Justice (YAFEJ) who doubles as the Divisional President for the National Youth Council Donga Mantung, Marcel Abanda, has  challenged  Youth leaders and youth of the Division to take the problem of teenage pregnancy as top priority on their agendas.  He was addressing young people in Ndu as he observed that, for the past years, teenage  pregnancy  in the Division has  drastically  increase.  Pad Made in Ndu He said they are sourcing for funding and series of programs are being organized to curb the problem which also lead to the high rate of HIV transmission and other diseases.  During one of the forums, youth in Ndu  Subdivision  have expressed total gratitude to the  Ndu Reproductive Health Campaign team for the education and practicals exercises during the Seminar Workshop that took place at the Ndu Council, over the weekend.  condom demonstration (Proper use)

The 2018 Mount Cameroon Race The 2018 Mount Cameroon Race of Hope that took place at the Molyko Omisport Stadium in Fako Division South West Region of Cameroon saw the domination of athletes from the North West Region of Cameroon despite the ongoing Anglophone Solution in the Region. This year Race of Hope took place under heavy security. The race brought together over 250 athletes from different countries and regions of the country as compared to last year Race that had over 400 athletes in attendance.  The Race was chaired by the Minister of Sports and Physical Education Bidoung Mkpatt accompanied by the Governor of the South West Region Bernard Okalia B. and other top ranking government officials. 52nd Youth day Launched in Nkambe

Despite serious Ghost town observed by some businesses  It was at the Nkambe grandstand, Monday 5th February where the 1st Assistant Senior Divisional Officer Donga Mantung Launched the Youth Day Activities. From sporting activities for Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Professional and out of school youths,  and to sociocultural activities for Primary schools in Nkambe, it was a resounding success. The Divisional President, National Youth Council Donga Mantung, appreciated all the youths who came massively for the launching exercise and especially the out of school youth who participated in the sporting activities Monday.  He also lauded the Bang Johnson, the President of Bang Bullet Academy Nkambe and the Delegate of Public Works for the great Prices and Certificates to the Participants. Over 1.6 Billion for Nkambe town

NKaTCCUL approved 0ver 1.6 billion budget for 2018 By ABANDA Marcel The Annual General Assembly of the Nkambe town Cooperative credit union took place Saturday 3 rd February 2018, at the Nkambe community Hall. The 49 th AGM brought members of the credit union, the Administration of Nkambe, CAMCCUL Technical services and others. According to the presentation of the President of NkaTCCUL, Talishi Oliver Yinyu, membership as of 31 st December 2017 stood at 3768, with 256 being new members who joined the movement in 2017 with 2472 males, 936 females and 360 groups. Total shares for 2017 stood at 99.387.000F as opposed to 94.423.000f for 2016, given an increase of 4.964.000F, which represents 5.6% in relative terms. The total savings for the year, the President said stood at 1.04.868.000 as against 1.057.763.000F. He continued that the total income was 109.806.000F as against 122.563.000F for 2016. Mayor of Ndu Council Questioned??????

What account for the insignificant allocation of the National Cake budget to the Ndu Council area?????????? SDO Donga Mantung responded and advice the Mayors to have Bank of Projects and used the various Divisional Delegates at their disposal, the DD MINEPAT added that Ndu did not send projects to the National Budget for sponsorship. The Delegate further explained that, the Member of Parliament for Nwa through the various competent Sectorial Ministries in Donga Mantung Proposed Projects worth over CFAF 6billion CFAF. Most of the Projects being road network which MINEPAT Ministry forwarded some of the projects to the Ministry of Public Works.  Some of the road projects are being sponsor under the Frontier Kid Packages.
