God is a listener of your Music  The Musicians of Donga Mantung under association of Donga Mantung Musicians that was elected last  April 17th,2017 in Nkambe met last Sunday May 27 in the Ndu council hall, during an Empowerment forum with aim for m embers to familiarize with their colleagues,know the functions of the Ministry of Arts and Culture in supporting and promoting their work of arts and also to arm themselves towards the celebration of the World Music Day on June 21.  At the Ndu council Hall, the Musicians were empowered by  powerful presentation by Pastor Joseph from the CBTS Ndu. They equally presented their Musics and great positive and constructive criticism from a jury headed by the Technical Adviser of the association, Abanda Marcel. The Jury had old Musicians, Journalists and music Lovers among others. The young Musicians were given advice on the various aspects of their Music, Presentations, stage Props, Lyrics, Branding, identification, digital marketing of

Due to allegation of corruption and poor working condition, the CTE Ndu workers have been crying for years today and administration are seemingly helpless and resolving the workers plight.  The serious issue which involve human right abuses and finance imbalances between the workers and management is seemingly not to be receiving any attention from the hierarchy    Why Misaje and Nkambe Councils are underpaying paying workers meanwhile Nwa, Ndu and Ako paying according to the 2014 Salary Scale. The councils of Donga Mantung are said to characterised by corruption and malpractices as councils staff sometime goes for months without salaries. Most of the staff on Nkambe and Misaje council are underpaid  Divisional Trade Union President raised worries and call on concerned to give workers their dues.
